Alabama Members 2013

Trying to find Alabama area members. I live in the Birmingham area and am trying to find other FSB members to hang out and ride with. I searched and the other Alabama threads were a few years old. Also looking for some places to ride. My FSB is also my daily driver, so nothing radical yet. But will get there once i finish my upgrades.

Don't know how I missed this one. I am in Birmingham around 280. Not a whole lot of places to ride locally but like grease said come to RITS this year. Heck we can follow each other if you would like.

that sounds good to me. I live off hwy 41 just a few miles from hwy 280. And how so you like your rear Aussie locker? I have a different Bronco than the one I have in the pic, and was going to put a rear Aussie in mine. It is also my daily driver. I bought a posi rear end out of a ford lightning across from pull a part and trying to decide which way to go. I am serious about getting with you guys and hitting the trails.

Sent you a pm so check that.

As for the Aussie locker I love it. Other than the gears one of the best mods I have done so far. Once you get used to driving it on the street you really forget its there. Occasionally I will get on it coming out of corner and end up locking it up which chirps the tires. To me for the price you just can't beat them.

Damn, I just moved from bham to Florida. Wish I could have met up with some other members before I left.

I press my horn everyday hoping the clockspring fixed itself.

I'm about a half mile from the Galleria in Hoover. about to drag a Jeep to GA and escort my new find home-a 1979 Bronco. Can't wait. Would not mind to meet up and find some place to wheel...

I am out of town for the next week or so. I will reach out to you when I get back. I also just got a 1979 w/ a 400 and C6. Needs a lot of work, but looking forward to the build. I will be picking your brain for ideas and tips..
