Georgia - ATL

Any 78-79 Bronco operators?

Recently invested in a 78 Bronco. Found FSB, found this subforum, saw some Hotlanta posts but years back.

Any Dixie chapter members active in the Atlanta area?

Here's to cheating, stealing, fighting and drinking. If you cheat, may it be a death; if you steal, may it be a heart; if you fight, may it be for your Brother; and if you drink, may it be with me.

I've been out of the community for a while. Work, school, blah blah blah. But I just picked up a 78 myself and go figure its going to be a street queen just like the 92 has turned into

No wheeling for me, but im down for a meet and greet

Cool. Sounds like we're getting some traction. :)

My Bronco is still in rebuild phase though and won't be ready likely until around the 29th of October. :(

New exhaust is being done early next week, and if things go as planned and Murphy stays the heck away then it should be broken down for frame cleaning and powdercoating Wed-ish next week. Once back from paint it should be ready to rock n roll in just a couple of days.

Y'all have any thoughts on where and when to meet up? Summit in McDonough has a Halloween cruise on the 24th in addition to their usual Monday night cruise on the 26th.

Summit definitely works for me, I have already been up there twice this week alone. Might get a buddy of mine to drive the 78 and bring both

Just looking to meet up with or talk to someone on the phone about my mysterious front-end and rear noises. Oh and whatever else there is to go over.

Thanks
