AU, if I can help, let me know, I'm only an hour and a half away. Still not sure if I'll make it but I'm trying. Work is the thorn in my side, but it's a good job so I gotta have my priorities gear towards taking care of my family.
Ugh. Mad rush to fix pinion angle at least before I can consider driving 5.5 hours. Wish me luck as I am thinking I'll have to cut off the spring perches and weld new stronger ones on at the proper angle. Not something I want to rush.
Just gotta pack camper with food & clothes, then load it all up. Truck has 6 new tires, Trailer has 5 new tires, Bronco has 5 new tires, Camper has 3 new tires....now for the love of God, please make it so I dont have any FLATS!!!
My wife is following me in the Navi. I'm yet to load the RTIC and the toolbox, but they're ready. The lady called Friday from the campsite and said a cabin had come open, but I had to tell her my Hampton Inn reservation was non-refundable. Oh well. Friday Val and I are gonna run an errand or two up there, then go meet a buddy for dinner in Knoxville. I plan to drop the truck at camp around 1500, then return later to hang out when we're done in town.
I say we use channel 13 or something lucky lol. We'll drop the truck at the campsite (google windrock park camping and go back a page or two to find their campsites),run our errands and be there tomorrow probly darkish barring any road issues. We're staying at the hampton inn inoak ridge. As far as saturday I say we meet back at the campsite around 8ish. I need to transfer a few things from the navi to the bronco that morning (cooler, compressor, etc) and will probly air down and warm up there. My cell is 678-231-7526. I missed this post cause I was replacing, greasing, bleeding a front left caliper. Tomorrow morning i may tackle the hub on that wheell, although it spun really nice and silent. Havent made up my mind on that yet. Glad you could make it up Jim.
Im having a beer at the hotel, bout to go to kville to hunt for our favorite craft brew. Mike and dustyn are headed to trail 15 at the park. Hopefully no carnage pics in a couple hrs. Ima have dinner with some friends up here, but will go back to their camp and have a little shine before bed.

Late notice, but I made it. I'm in the overflow promitive camping. Gonna be working on the bronco for a few minutes thought. Cut the upper radiator hose on the tensioner pulley while loading it on the trailer. Picked up a spare on the way up, just have to swap it out. I saw
's tow rig and
's bronco on the way in so I'll probably head over there once I get done with the bronco.
