I'm from the Youngstown area. Specifically New Middletown.
Does anyone know of any good trails around the area, the only one i know of is wellsville. I have my lifted dakota for off-road until i got my bronco project done and my buddy's got a lifted cherokee.

Kent Ravenna area, close to Akron. Recently bought a 96 Eddie Bauer, 351 AOD, complete 6" Super Lift, 36" x 15" inch Dick Cepek mudders, Billet 2" wheel spacers, Warn brass manual hubs, custom 3" exhaust with Flow Master American Thunder w/ "modified" cat. converter (passed e-check), MDS ignition kit.

There used to me a NE Ohio Ford Owners Club, and a Mustang Owners Club. They had a Portage/Summit County Chapter that held big swap meets and shows at Portage County "Randolph" Fairgrounds and a few smaller at other locations, wouldn't it be nice to see something similar here again? It could evolve into a show/swap meet, with truck pulls on the track? If anyone would be willing to help a lot in getting something like this started let me know. Start small, think big! I can help as much as possible, as I set up so many events, shows, meetings, swap meets, runs, weekend gatherings in the motorcycle world as a NE Ohio club officer and Director for Portage/Summit chapter. I'll do my part except with labor - (middle back is crushed, lower back, shoulders, and neck all injured also from work injury) - busting my ass busted my back.

You don't even have to be interested in getting involved in a project like that, I'll set up a location and date for a meet and greet in Portage County if I have enough people interested? Would you come if it was Ford Trucks and SUVs only? Would you come if it was all Ford vehicles? Best day Sat. or Sunday? Best time 2PM, or 4PM? I hope to do this pretty soon so please give me your input.

If I had the gas money to make it to a meet and greet I would be there. The SAS is sucking my wallet and no job is making the situation worse especially with me starting back to college within the next few weeks.

Just signed up tonight. I'm just outside the 'Bus in Lancaster. I'm looking for a nice full size for a change of pace. I've had several early Broncos & currently own a 77 that's a blast. Not sure why I want to do this but...we'll see!

Early Bronco guy thinking about FSBs!

Been to all those places of course, but Yankee Lake only for biker events. Do they have a show, a pull, or what there that you attend? Just curious. I used to help work at the big bike swap meet there, but not in quite a few years. I'm sure we'll pass by, living in the same area. Just wanted to say hey.

Does it count if I was born in Ohio? I was born in the Dayton area, but moved to CA in 1976, then to the general area I live in now in 2003. I now live in the Peoples Republic of New Jersey.

Wow, during the times that you're not attending classes (unless you commute) you are the closest one to me. Very rare to find many people south of Columbus.
