79 Bronco

So I looked at this in person real quick while looking at their "half a bronco". Originally she was asking $2000 with the half a bronco. I bought the half bronco and now the add is $2500. They will go cheaper. For $2000 ($maybe even less) its a pretty good deal I think. Has 3" lift (all springs, no blocks. With radius arm drops), full roll cage, 400m rebuilt 15k ago with new 4bbl intake and edelbrock carb. Winch. Runs real good.

She is also including another top for it, and new still in box headman headers and a new in box procomp 3" body lift.

Great condition, just have to wash the mud and filth off first. Surely it wouldn't have gotten into the clutches!

The sad part is I couldn't even sell a complete 8.8 axle in the Sacramento area for $100. There isn't any demand for drum 8.8.

Perfect bronco 95 ford

Anyone else confused by this?
Specifically: "This ad is for a classic full size Bronco. ...
But.. the 600cfm Holley carb and C6 tranny were rebuilt 30k miles ago, the 400m was 95% rebuilt about 10k miles ago, front six states drive line 5k ago, 9" rear end including factory Trac-loc 500 miles ago! I've always used good oil combined with Lucas additive and the engine is notorious for longevity."

Nothing in that description came on a '95, so.... I'm thinking scam.

Also, I agree with a 400M being notorious, but "longevity" is not it.

If this is as good as he says it is, replacing the carb (or if it had it, restoring the EFI) would make a very nice rig.

@Bruners4 ... you might want to share those in the right chapter.

Thanks! I just saw this on pop-up on the righthand side. I'll take a look for it in the Midwest Chapter area.

I don't know enough to know if this is a good deal or not... but if I had the money, I'd be researching.

If you could get a hold of Thebiglebowski or Jfritts, I think they'd be able to tell you something; I'm sure both have bought that particular D60 in the past.
