FYI, you can buy these brand new on Summit for $150 now. I think LUND gave up it's molding or the patent expired and another company started making them because LUND isn't selling them anymore.

Did not know that, thought it was one of those elusive items like the cargo cover. Now if someone would just start making GT Bars...

the older our rigs get, the more likely we are to start getting more aftermarket support.
sounds kinda ass-backwards but with "classics" that's the way it tends to go.

Of course... they'll cost ya.

Checked 'em out and grabbed a link: https://www.summitracing.com/search/...d/model/bronco
The one without lights is actually cheaper, new... not counting shipping, of course.

They are shaped differently than the LUND's, so I was wrong on the "sold molding" deal... but I know I'd have rather bought new than paid the $150 for the one I picked up off craigslist, than needed lots of cracks repaired and hasn't been used yet because of the poor condition.

Seller wants $2600 for both, but claims they're including $2000 worth of parts.

The turbo was kinda factory looking I guess, but I don't know how the factory turbo myth keeps spreading lol.

The ad first said free, come pick up with trailer. The was edited to $500 and security cameras and a vet living there. I think someone was pranking an acquaintance then realized people might get shot if they tried towing away his bronco he wasn't trying to sell. Dude really was living in garage and seemed surprised when I knocked on his door lol

Interesting. I copy and pasted, so the mistake, if any, would have to be in that.

I've been shot with rocksalt. I deserved it, but the real pain comes when you go to wash it off.

I don't know if this is necessarily the best place to ask the question, but it's a regional craigslist post...

https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/pts/6053768587.html

Has anyone purchased off-road bumpers from Finish Line Fabrication in Gresham? He's got a Bronco sample in there. Base prices seem good, with options to customize.
