Western WA Meetup 2017

Who's in for a 2017 WA Westside meetup? I'm open on places, ideas. Start with an afternoon wheel (Walker maybe) then move to a camping event later in the summer? Let me know who's in.

Just saw this! I could dig a walker run. I've only been there with Jeeps, but have wanted to swing the bronco around over there. I have also been thinking of a Naches trail run/camping run...

I'm down, Walker is my favorite spot, helps it's only 30 minutes away.

we should do a mid-state Bronco meet. I'd love to make a run out and meet a few of you Bronco maniacs.
Moses Lake or somewhere where we could make a good weekend of it.

sorry to hijack. just jealous.

I'm down, money is tight and I have to finish a few things before a "long trek", but when it's all together I want to head over the cascades. We might be able to meet at moon rocks or something?

Not sure how far Moses lake is, but could be sweet for a camping trip...

Shoot I've never been over the cascades in the five years I've lived here! It's definitely time. Are we looking at a summer gtg then? maybe when the Naches trail opens, take that trail over the mountain(us western guys) and then meet somewhere central?

well... no reason to talk you guys into meeting 1/2 way when I'm probably the only one on this side interested.

Right now I'm not seeing a lot of participation for this run/ meet and greet. Kind of disappointing. I sure would enjoy a gtg and wheeling trip!

yea... PNW hasn't really ever had a gathering beyond 2 or 3 members at a time.
Think we had 5 guys show up at the ORV park once... and one of those just saw the post from lurking about.
Never heard from him before or since.

If you can get anything going over there, rock on with it.

if you get a wild hair and feel like heading over... kick that Let's plan a 7 Mile trip! thread we've got in this same section. never know what'll shake out.

Or you could start a M&G thread for Moses Hole. Not sure who we might get that way.

Back in the day I was in a club called 2BigBroncos (2BB), we had great turnouts for events. We did a few Reiter runs with 10+ Broncos, lots of trips and events. I recall a Tillamook trip that had 20 or so Broncos. Too bad people don't get out much anymore with the high cost to fix you rigs, trail closings, family, etc.

I'm up for a meet and greet on this side. Need to fix a few issues with Blue first.

Here is a pic from 2003

I remember a few pics popping in now and again from 2BB, back in the day. seemed pretty active over on the west side.
guess I shouldn't have said the PNW, more the Inland area I guess. Are they still a thing?

Used to be, It's been quite a while. When Todd's rig went down permanently it kinda slowed the group down as he was usually the leader on our big runs.

It seemed things slowed down back in 2005, I haven't heard of any events happen since 2010ish. Would be cool to revive it or create something new.

I will keep an eye on this thread, and see if there will be a meet up plan take hold. Last big trail I did was the Whipsaw Creek Trail in near Princeton BC about 12 years back now... Would enjoy having a chance to do some more with fellow Bronco enthusiasts. cheers!
