Went to Firestone and got a new lifetime alignment for the new bko. Had them align her. Drives nice and straight now with no pulling. Next on the list is to do the front wheel bearings. Front brakes look like they are in decent shape with plenty of meat on them stil.

When in doubt, throttle it out
4x4, for when big balls just aren't enough.

Np, I already have ordered 35's. Just waiting for them to come in. I dont want to run the 37 cause they were wearing out real fast as a dd. been thinking of keeping them and using them for weekend off road trips. Those in that pic are 33's. also need to get rid of the 3 inch body lift that's on it.

Got the head lights from eBay as a hid kit. Haven't ever hooked up the hid stuff yet for them. I been using the stock head light bulbs.

Good looking bronco man. I saw the accident thread and sucks I really dug your ride. But good that you are keeping everything the same as the old.

The insurance company totaled your old rig and did not take it? Things must be different from FL and VA. In VA if they total it and give you the money they also take the rig, you then get a chance to buy it back for like 25% of value.

I like the tires on it but a not big fan of the wheels glad you decided to swap for your one on the old rig they look way better.

I had the chance to buy it back after the totaling out. Cost me $500.

Yes it's a dent. One of the previous owners left the spare tire unlatch, causing the dent.

I took off the spare tire carrier. I got a bumper ordered with a spare tire carrier on it. Not sure when I'm gonna be getting it yet. Most likely around Christmas.

Nice that was cheap for the buy back. Are you going to be able to pull the dent out or swap the panels from the old bronco?

Unfortunely my old bko has the same exact dent in the same exact panel. That's why I know why it's there lol

Replaced the bearings and seals on the ps of the bko.
Bearings weren't to bad. The races looked like they were in good shape so I left them in.
The ps was the side that looked on the rusty/mudy color side. Pic before I started.

Used a new locking spindle nut.

Next on that side I'm gonna have to change out the ball joints. Found after changing the bearings the lower ball joint is going bad. Has some play to it.

Finished installing led bulbs in the outside lighting. Have yet to do the interior lights and under hood.

Swaped out the turnsignal switch with the old bko(had installed a new one a year or 2 ago).
Top one is old, bottom one is the old bko's

In the progress of swapping the dash bezel, before I finish that up need to do some reinforcing to the bezel. Some areas are cracking slightly and like to repair them befor they get noticable or the switches break away completely.

Reinforced/repaired some screw holes in the dash bezel from the old bko. Gotta wait 48 hours now for the gel epoxy to harden fully.

They will be on as soon as I wear out the old tires I had on the Old rig.
But here's a teaser of whats going on. They are a total hight of 34.5 inches.

I transfered a few things over from the old rig today.
Outside Grab bars:

The old Trailer harness from the old Rig:

Old extended breather tub from the old rig.

So the double cardan joint on the rear axle are going bad. Was vibrating a lot and squeaking. Swaped in the rear drive shaft from the old bronco for a temporary fix. Not sure how long that shaft has before it starts to go on its way out. Not sure if I want to get a new shaft or have the old one rebuilt. ATM I think I'm leaning to getting a new beefier shaft.

Gonna be ordering a 1 ton shaft from these guys.
http://www.highangledriveline.com/
Pricey but I think it will be worth it. Just gotta go outside to measure the length from flange to flange.
