Wherever it comes from, make sure it's spin-balanced to 7KRPM and warranted for a few years. There's a Spicer-authorized shop here that will be making mine...

Still waiting on the new drive shaft. Should be arriving soon.

Installed my new class 4 tow hitch. Had to do some modifying to the stock bumper a little.

Had to trim a inch off the back part of the bumper. It would of fit if I left the hitch back, but I wanted the hitch to stick out a little to have a easier time pulling the pin for the ball hitch part.

Replaced the exhaust tips I had cut off yesterday while putting on the hitch and patched a piece of pipe that connected the cats to the muffler. Yes I know they are boogeyman welds, but its temporary for now. Later down the road I'm gonna pull it all off and clean it up and get some better welds in it.

What was wrong with the old tips?

When in doubt, throttle it out

Here's a pic of the old tips in the trash already, with the rusted holes in them.

Went under the rear tailgate and replaced & cleaned up part of the ground that goes from the harness in the back to the frame.

Swaped the rear light harnesses for the tail lights from the Old bko to new Bko. Also swaped over the PS tail light from the old Bko as It was newer and undamaged. Found that cruise control no longer shuts off when I turn on a turn signal. Part of the Cruise control shutting off or not working is partialy fixed......

I'm suspecting part of the cruise control not working now has to do something with the front harness as the LED bulbs are not fully working in the front and the CC works fine when the parking lights are all off.

i think all your light and cruise problems might be caused by your led flasher u installed. heard about alot of problems with those

When in doubt, throttle it out

The rear frame ground is strictly for the trailer plug - nothing else (factory). The front parking lights have no direct effect on the cruise system. Keep checking/cleaning the grounds.

Started to take the Old interior door pannel off and cleaned things up under there. Replaced the Broken Door handle with one from the retired Bko. Cleaned the door pannel I wil be puting in the Bko, Still like to re-enforce parted of the Dor panel to prevent it from cracking or Braking in the future. Pannel I have is a bit in rought shape, but its better then what was on the New Bko.
Pannel removed.

Cleaned up and New Door handle installed.

I'm wondering if those are the factory speakers in that door panel still.

Finaly got my bronco air bumper in on Tuesday. I ordered it with a bare coating, Shackles and a tire carrier. They sent me all that + a hitch receiver. On the bright side they credited me $100 and didn't charge me for the hitch receiver.

So today I took out the plasma cutter and cut out the hitch receiver & went to my nearest metal supply and ordered some 3/16 plate to patch the receiver hole and to come down a little to hide my current class 4 hitch. Than bolted up the bumper to the back of the bko. Gonna hit it with some rattle paint to prevent surface rust from forming on it.

Installed the tie carrier and rattled caned it.

Also, loosened the bolts and nuts to the stock headers.
