i tough you guy's might be interested in a small up-date
Between building a 9'x5' utility trailer for a guy and trying to fix my old baby bronco for this winter, I manage to work on the interior of the truck. I have done both heater systems
I wanted to use the donor F150 system but it was too bulky to fit the doghouse cover, I decided to scratch built both of them.

Here a picture of the rear unit (shown upside down)

in this one you can see (NO its not a new hood scoop!) the outlet that will direct hot air to the rear window, notice I used the F150 driver side louver panel

Unfortunately at this time I don’t have picture of the front unit, all I can say is I tested the defrost duct system and it blow as much as a leaf blower units, I should not have window fogging or freezing problem. This was my biggest worry, in Quebec we seen to have more freezing rain storm than ever, and with the size and with the vertical position of the windshields I was worry about window freezing on the highway.

Here picture of the almost finish interior

right now I will be concentrating on my old BroncoII,
I have to remove the engine and replace it with a spare I have (its been plague by the famous lifter noise problem) also my torque converted need to be replace, I have to rev the engine to 4500rpm to move the truck around

HO btw, I was approached by Morris Rothfeldt Editor of Bronco Driver Magazine he wanted to do an article about the truck, I send him about 900 picture and 5 page of description of what was done. it will be a 2 part article, there should be something in the next issues

Small frickin' wonder you were approached by the magazine

This project is absolutely awesome in every respect.

I'd like to thank you for choosing a Ford chasis and drivetrain, and not creating yet another boring GM clone project.

If I see one more 350 powered project car I'll puke on the SOB for taking the coward's way out. Probably the best HotRod magazine article I ever read was back in the mid 70s.

The guy installed a mildly built 440 Mopar engine, trans and mild 3.21 axle into a 55 Chevy. Knocked off 11.23s in the quarter, just the way it was driven on the street, and returned 18 mpg when cruised. The guy drove it every day to work.

Your vehicle is first rate IMHO. Great job, keep up the good work !

Thank's Sixlitre
my main reason from going to Ford is durability and my knowledge of Ford product.
Believe it or not in Quebec and Ontario, GM owner think they’re truck worth gold
I pick-up my F150 and E250 van for $1100CDN, all the GM truck I look at were over
$2000 for same condition as my truck’s.
it would have been easier to use GM base frame but “why make it easy when you can make it complicated”.

Can I ask what you do? Your profile says designer/draftmen, but I have seen master fabricators do nice work that doesn't even compare with what you got.
