This page is the 2 interesting chapters from the Army Field Manual for Vehicle Drivers. The first one is driving techniques for various terrains & conditions and the second is vehicle recovery (getting UNstuck).

Since Havack's broncodata is prob down for good (ref in Steve83's post, above), here is the Army Manual for the Wheeled Vehicle Driver; Off-Road & Winter Driving FM 21-305/AFMAN 24-306
Vehicle Recovery is in Chapter 22 by transchool.eustis.army.mil

See my partially recovered Bronco web site ...Will need to clean up dead links & add many more new links some day. Thanks to Mr. Schwim!
