Because of all the scammers it's at the point that if I have something to get rid of, I'd rather donate it for the tax write off than sell it and risk getting taken, or worse.

Craigslist? I don't think so...

This is what you get when Ebay has call centers in India. No email address. Nonexistent customer service.

I had a buyer try to get the best of me when I actually had the wrong picture but listing was correct. The only negative feedback I ever got when someone thought he "won" an auction when I sold the item for more on gunbroker. You can even
leave negative feedback even if money didn't change hands.

Not long ago I had to deal with a a$$hole trashing me on Garagejournal, he was throwing insults and claiming I was a keyboard spammer, either defrauding or misleading a buyer when I was correct that an Indestro pliers was made by Diamond and I showed a diamond and indestro pliers side by side and they were the same exact pliers. Guy should have apologized, I got pissed off and banned. Ryan the site owner favored the a$$hole that started this pissing match when he broke the rules. This person was hounding and harassing me when I didn't have the time or energy to answer his ebay messages. He has this weird user name, kiska-baby-my-a$$ aka fourcycle
There are morons/a$$holes that go after honest sellers, and defame/slander them.

Like others I can't believe this guy is still on ebay. He needs to be in prison for wire fraud.

Wow, those pics would've had me fooled. Looks beautiful- including the tires!
I was hoping this thread would end with him getting busted... maybe it still will.

Thanks for the warning man. I can't stand eBay as a buyer or a seller, but sadly it's where most of the people are at. Just this week I sold a Pioneer radio to a man, tested it before shipping and everything. Then he messaged me in broken English, cursing me out for selling him a dud. I gladly accepted the return, expecting to see that shipping had messed something up. Problem is, the radio works perfectly fine; freaking idiot.

Like I mentioned in the other forum this guy is an ass, and shouldn't be allowed to sell vehicles. But worse is eBay for doing nothing and letting people like this individual make a profit out of honest hard working people.
