4" lift 37" tires

Hey guys i was wondering if I could tuck a 37" tire with a 4" lift I knw u can run 35 s stock with out rubbing or trimming under normal use and was wondering if any1 has put 37s on a 4"

Yeah I apologise for the 78 I feel like 6" lift with 37s might be to big to do the kinda rigging I do but I'm unsure if I should just man up and do the 6 like I originally planned with 37x13.5x16.5 on military humvee rubber with Lincoln locker in my 9"

Yes 37's will fit no problem with a 4" lift.

and you know humvee tires suck in the mud right? and i assumed they'll be in a lot of mud since you're planning on lincoln locking the rear. they just sound cool cuz they have the word "humvee" before them. i was an army truck driver for 6 years

i heard that if i use this space to tell you what kinda plug wires i use ill get bonus cool points

And they also suck on asphalt, concrete, rock, and just about any other earthly surface. Why else would the government spend millions on them:)

Anybody have pics of this? Both my buddy and I are putting 4" lifts on our Bronco's, hes going with 35's I was thinking about going with 36" tires. We don't wheel hard and when we do wheel its mostly mud/water so the stock drive-train shouldn't have to much trouble with the slightly larger tire. Just looking to see if they look "TOO BIG" for a 4" lift.

they'll fit on a 96... whether or not you can steer without fender trimming is another question though

The ability for any given Bronco to accept large tires based on a specific lift size is dependent on the year. This is an excellent thread for the 80-96 model years: LIFT AND TIRE INFORMATION FOR 80-96 BRONCOS

I have a 4 inch lift and 35s and I added an additional half inch to the front and still had to slightly trim the fenders and bumper. If you go 37s on a 4 inch lift, you will have to cut the fenders substantially and will quickly discover other issues running that large a tire on a TTB as well (parts wear out quickly, or bend or ??).

IMO, 4 incher and 35s is perfect...

My other car has doors.

I know this pic is small, but this is a 79 bronco 4" lift on 35's



Definitely will tuck 36's and prob 37's. I know on 6" lift its recommended for 38"s but you could probably tuck 40's, and i'm on 9" of lift, they recommend 42's, but I could definitely stuff 44's.

i like em as low as possible and dont mind cutting as long as it is my wheeler and not DD... if i get a little mud in the cab, its ok. that is why they make water.

We are talking 78/79 broncos here. Tire fitment and lift size is way different the the 80-96 broncos.

When I got my bronco it had 37's on it. Granted, it's a 92 so I can't tell you how they'd fit on yours, but I must strongly urge you to make sure you have the proper gearing or you will hate your life. I couldn't drive faster than 50 because the truck was just sooooooooo gutless.

1992 Eddie Bauer. Needs one of everything except for water pump, ps pump, heater core, transmission, starter and alternator. 3G 130A (First and best upgrade so far) Optima red top.
