hidden winch mount

Ive got a '02 f150 fx4 crew cab thats my dd and im wanting to put my 8k winch on it but dnt have the boot to spend on a bumper so im wanting to do a hidden mount between the frame rails, any help would be greatly appreciated.

its been done with c channel here before. i cant remember who did it though.
im pretty shure deiselboy did that.

Mine was like that before I built my bumper. Wilec has it on his....minus the bumper. I sent you a like this morning for the warn mount that is built for your truck.
