bolts for the bronco top

Hey Guys i need some help...
I have all the new Weather Stripping for the top i ordered from LMC.
but what i don't have is the tool to remove the Screws/bolts. The guy i bought it from never had the tool.

Also, i used the search and i didn't find anything on this, does anyone have a or have used a Quick release set up for the top was thinking using ones from a bike.

Any auto parts store can sell you a safety torx. They are crap once you get them out replace them with a set of regular hex head bolts from a pre-92 bronco.

Charity is injurious unless it helps the recipient to become independent of it.

Just get the hex bolts. 8pm is what my 90 has

1991, fresh 5.0, OBA, 6 inch lift, 9 inch rear, 5.13s. detroit rear aussie front, 37" pitbull rockers, beadlocks. e4od

yeah they have the little pin on the head of the bolt. its a pain in the ass i stripped one so far and i only have 6. i plan on getting the older models since the top creaks when i hit a bump or turn to hard I got a set of them but the one youll need is t35

Good info here. I was just thinking over the weekend the best way to setup the top.

Thanks for the all the info, I found the T30 Inverted Bit at my local napa Store

sorry about the wrong section, i was asking more about the tool and not really needing a how to

don't forget to take the j-clips off the bed rails, i lost like 3 of those driving around, real cheap though, picked a couple packs up at the part store for cheap
