Ford 9" rear end

I qas looking on jegs.com for parts and came across This complete kit "http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS+Performance+Products/555/61264/10002/-1"

How do i know my case opening size and what spline i have must it be disassembled?
And where can i find 90w gear oil for this rearend

That's supposed to be 80w-90 or 75w-90. ;)

And yeah, you got a -Ford- and Ford liked to change stuff around, a lot, you
can't trust 'em that certain axles had certain sized bearings etc.

adjusters down...
