lift the ttb or d60 leaf swap

hey yall, im trying to decide which direction i wanna go with my truck. the plan is to run 38x13x15 tsl's. i cant decide which is more effective to do this. i already have a 3in bodylift. im looking at either a pro comp stage 2 6in susp lift or taking the diffs of a donor f350 and swaping them in. i know the ttb doesnt flex all that well but i run mostly in mud so alot of flex isnt a big issue. any ideas?

ttb wont like 38s very much. im assuming if u do the D60 ull also upgrade the rear to 1-ton axle as well? i would do that route

TTB + 38's = broken axles.
Leaf sprung D60 + 38's = fun in the sun!
Plus, since they offered leaf D60's in '93-'96 F350's it will look totally stock, swap in relatively easily, and other than the 8-lug...be a sleeper...well the 38's might give it away too

I still go back-n-forth deciding on leaf or coil but either way I'm going this route (Kingpin D60, 4.88's, 37's, manual 1356 clocked higher, lockers, belly-pan) then I will be far enough in this build to feel confident about going anywhere......

You still have to worry about the castor of the axle. Seems to be a problem in every single D60 swap I've read about on here using leafs.
