Rust hole

I have a 79 bronco I'm tryin to fix up. My main issue on the body it a rust hole. Its on the corner pillar above the windshield and I could fit a golf ball in it. I've tried fiberglassing it, but how do I get it to form back right so the door seals up to it? When it rains, it leaks and runs down the top of the door and drips in my cab

Fiberglass ain't gonna cut it. You need to repair it properly with sheetmetal.
