1978-79 best reproduction mirror.

I want to go back to stock mirrors on my bronco, I cannot find any locally and have to order them from the US.
Are LMC and JBG mirror are the same? The description are almost the same.
Is there another option beside NOS and crazy price?
Last time JFB raped me with shipping, 70$ for a 112$ bill(2 shocks, 2 doors stricker, 2 seals and 1 headlight switch).
Marc

This is the style i want.

Hmm I thought my 78 were later model replacements, they look identicle to the ones on my truck. I guess shipping across the border and import tax is what killed you on that deal, I bought a NOS Ford tractor gauge from Australia and they hit me for 40 bucks for a tiny box.

70$ is only S&H, i also paid 32$ of custom fee.
An order of the same size from summit racing, again 2 shocks and other small stuff was only 18.50$ for the shipping.
2 years ago shipping from JFB was lower, ordered a few time with almost normal fee but last time was hard.Add the exchange rate on top of that too.
The price for parts are crazy over here, i ordered napa 60-1537 wiper for the bronco, 52cad$ over here and only 8.10usd on your side for the same parts.I cannot pay or do not want to pay 52$ for a wiper.
I ordered 6 from my mother in FL.

WOW I could not afford to own a car over there, well I can't afford it in Illinois either with plates being 450 bucks but 500 percent mark up on parts would just plain dash all hopes of even thinking of driving.

everything is almost x2 when i look at prices,

I'm glad that it worked out for you, do you have any decent junkyards up there?

I have ordered few parts from DC before but i cannot find the mirror I really wanted in the online store.
The pick and pull is a 75 minutes drive just to get there and older stuff is non existant.
You don't really see anything older than 1995 in junkyard over here.
