Not Moi

mine's still plated through 2016, although it's on fire & theft insurance as it languishes up on my buddy's property.

He has to beat off people wanting to know if'n it's for sale constantly.

Just bought a mint center console for it last Friday.

Gas's gonna have to get a whole lot cheaper right fore I drive's it much mo'

Ha ha too right RAMPNT

but even if'n I gots around to installin' them newer four holer injectors I gots for her, she still wouldn't be the daily driver again.

It's not our government keeping gasoline expensive (for once), it's the opportunists and oil industry reaming us, because......they can.

Before Katrina blew on shore we had always been, in cents/litre, what a barrel of oil was in dollars.

Without explanation they did what they wanted after that. Oil is down almost to $60.00 a barrel. We should-oughta-be 60 cents a litre for gas, instead they've got us bent over the pumps and are reaming us for twice that.

The big question is what's a litre gonna cost when oil goes back up ???????????

Screwed in Canada

My '79 is almost daily driven in summer (may to october) and garage keep in winter.
With the salt on the roads in the winter the truck almost rust faster than i can repair it.
Living in Quebec, we pay to get raped by the governement.
Gas, driver license, plate, food, taxes, taxes on taxes, my wife is from the niagara area and everything seem cheaper over there.
We will probably move in Ontario when the kids get older.

I'm ready to GTF out of the lower main land and into the interior of BC or up north a bit to 100mil house area. In the last few months me and the wife did some nice day trips and the amount of stress that is reduced not having to be in Surrey and around traffic is insane. Except the ****ing kid has two more years in school so where stuck in this shit hole and I'd have to get my business partner to buy me out before we move.

Marc my friend

Ontario has been a "have not" province for several years now. The fourth term of this liberal government is really going to finish us off as a province I fear.

Our provincial debt is now the largest non-sovereign debt in the world. There was a time we looked at Quebec and said "they're spending themselves into horrendous debt".

Now Ontario is far worse and your Premier actually looks good against ours (except when they both talk carbon tax).

Their carbon tax is going to add anywhere from 4- 10 cents a litre........that should really help Ontarians and Quebecers !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I would recommend we all take our Broncos to Alberta, except they all got drunk and voted in the real , true socialists......the NDP.

I don't care how bad a Conservative government is YOU DON'T VOTE NDP !

I remember every debt compiling moment of Bob Rae and Pink Floyd !!!!!!!!!!!

We're still paying for them now !

Heaven help us if Mulcair gets in Nationally ! Wall street creditors are simply going to cut us off !

Malcolm

if gas was at $.79 I would probably drive it 4 times per week but at $35 per gas just to and from work :( the Yaris gets more time with $10 in gas to and from work.

I'm driving is as much as I can atm before I park it again and attempt to do the body work this winter.

I'm Daily Driving mine now after 8 years of it sitting! It is pricey on gas but I'm tall and I couldn't stand falling into(banging head) and crawling out of my 35-40mpg 2003 Saturn anymore. My lower back and knees couldn't hack it. Getting old I guess Daughter is getting the Saturn. So I am putting up with the fuel increase and enjoying driving again!!! It's funny how people don't cut in front of me as much anymore with a big Broncoair steel bumper staring at them in their mirrors I feel much safer in it. Going to do some camping in it too

That is why I got my Bronco, can't ride in a car anymore. I wanted an SUV but also wanted a big block, Dana 60s and Ford. What else does that leave? I thought about an Expedition but I do not have Expedition cash, and they are soccer mom rides. I can't leave anything stock either so here I am, putting together my bullet proof Ford, MY WAY!

The guy is now talking that he won't meet any of his projected (promised) budget balancing targets......okay, even a Conservative like mysef' understands we need a "little borrowing" to help us out of this economic rut, BUT.............

he's now talking about borrowing 90 billion dollars inside four years.

Hell we only owe 600 billion principal debt. He's gonna add to it like his father couldn't have dreamed, and put us so far in debt his grandchildren's children will still be digging out.

Sad thing is Premier Quimm, in Ontario is just going to take this as the green light to do more of the same.

I was in BC back in 71-72'. I may just have to move back just to get away from Ontario's crushing debt (we owe half of the national debt and we're less than a quarter of the country's population !)

I know our Western brother's are suffering, but I can't help gorging my V-8s on 65 cent a litre gasoline right now.

Those joy killing Liberals will probably tax the living $h!t out of gas again, wait and see
