TCM GLX hows the powder coat holding up on the inner fenders? It's something I want to do but I'm worried that chips and other damage would be harder to repair.

Holding up awesome. The rear end not as great. I did the rear end two ears ago and the powdercoat is pretty rough. More pics as well as the solution for that later in the thread.

The mud flaps are removable and spring loaded to say away of the tires.

The fender stays, the hood stops and latch.

Thanks man

Pic from the front showing the height difference after the shackle flip

Axle slid under for the first time

Radius arms attached to the axle

Mounting bracket... I fought this thing the whole time and was close to making my own a few times.

First time with tires mocked up. I was amazed how much lift we were going to end up with.

More soon!

Angelo... you or someone else may want to let him know, this contest is decided by the members of FSB and not just open for anyone out there on the internets. You have to be a registered member for 30 days before you can vote, so anyone trying to sign up just to cast a vote, can't.
We've had people work to cheat the competition this way in the past and that was how we resolved it. Regardless... it's still against the rules that he agreed to follow when he agreed to run in this contest.

I cut the glove box out and built this panel to hold everything that was on the wheel wells under the hood.

I cut all the metal out and replaced it with a plastic bed liner.

I built the cage by using a 4" roll bar from a 79 ford truck as the main bar ,the top halo is a roll bar from a 68 bronco and the rest is from my scrap pile.
The rock rails are tide into the cage also.
The battery is mounted behind the passenger seat.

Bronco Info: 1992 Bronco Nite 6" lift sitting on 35's

Her first day home about three years ago

Her First trip to the dunes with the 33's

Painted the hood and stripe, which turned out way lighter than expected

Then came the 6 inch lift

Full paint job, darker decal, a visor, and smoked headlights and tail lights

I love lights so i put a RGB color changing strip in the cab

Next was a 12", 50" curved, and 54" Cree Light bars

Ended up moving the 12" to the rear because it wasnt doing anything up front

Got these little ford projection lights for cheap and made some brackets

Most the lights on at once

Line-Exed the interior

Now for the engine swap. I got a 95 302 from and F-150 and rebuilt it to drop in the 92. Had it bored over .030, new pistons, connecting rod bolts, and head bolts. I found a set of GT40 heads from a 93 lighting for the rebuild also. I had the injectors from the 95 cleaned and tested just to make sure they would work. I also got a set of JBA shorty headers.

Put it on stock tires and took the bumper and grill off to give myself more working room

The lift was fully extended getting it out and putting it in

Got it in and she fired right up

The lmost recent thing I did was put an electronic cutout just before the cat
