This should be good. Good luck everyone!

As Mr. Sloan always says, there is no "I" in team, but there is an "I" in pie. And there's an "I" in meat pie. Anagram of meat is team... I don't know what he was talking about.

Hello FSB! My name is Matt, Ive owned my Bronco since I was 17 years old... It was my first car and continues to be an obsession of mine. I bought it completely stock but it has gone through many phases, most of which I still have pictures of. But i dont want to give away too much on the first day of competition. I have none of the old pictures of when it was stock, but here is one of it and myself (5'9) to give you an idea of the height of the truck. Full list of mods to come as soon as I get home from work. Good luck to all of the entrants this month! should be a good time!

Thanks, for nomination RAMPNT1 . I've owned this bronco a few years and Its be through some changes over the years. I'm the 2nd owner of the bronco. First change 4" lift and 36" gumbo mudders. Next was 6" lift 38"TSL sx 4:88 full spool in the 9"and Detroit locker in the dana 44. The 1/2 ton axles did not last long.

iTrader: (2)
10.5 inch SAS HP Dana 44 (out of a 79 Bronco) with a Lockrite and 5:13 gears
8.8 Factory Rebuilt Limited Slip and 5:13s
The lift was custom built by me and my good buddy Israel who is the foreman at our local 4wheel parts and is a hell of a tech! We used Bloody Knuckle Garage arms and lower coil retainers, Superliftcoils, MX6 shocks all around, 4 inch Superlift springs in the rear along with a procomp 2.5 inch billet block and Hefty Fabworks 4 inch shackle flip and Heavy duty shackles. Heavy home brew bumper and roll cage.
Efan from a Thunderbird and a aux 10 inch hayden fan on switches.
The motor is the stock 302 bored .30 over to a 306 with forged internals, Edelbrock heads, high pressure oil pump, all new/remanned accessories, and JBA headers, BBK 56mm Throttle body, QTP electric exhaust cutout, Magnaflow muffler, Autometer temp gauge and pillar pod.
Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors
New Torque Converter
New Fuel Pump
New sensors
1 inch billet Body Lift
Poly Body Bushings
Ballistic fab Y-Link Steering (reamed knuckles and flipped tie rod ends) and Bushings for Trac Bar
12 inch power Power Acoustik sub and amp, Pioneer 3 ways at all 4 speakers, and JVC bluetooth deck.
Also have a center cupcake seat out of an F250 and modded my bucket seats to make it fit.
"Fullsize" spare

Please keep in mind that this truck is NOT a dedicated wheeler. Shes a pavement pounder and weekend warrior. Built for mud, snow, and a little show.
She performs quite well on the street and does just what I intended her for.

It was a mummy for halloween last year... not really, dang kids! at least they didnt break in or damage anything.

I installed the dana 60 with C's I cut off a dana 30 out of a 68 bronco. When I did this there was no aftermarket support for 60 swaps in a 79. The dana 30 C's are not cast in like the dana 44 C's they are just spot welded on. I used the track bar bracket also. Then I pic up some 8 lug 15"rims for the tsl.I had to grind the brake calibers back a little for the 15' rims to fit. The rear was a directed bolt in. Also started to build a few other things, this ugly front bumper some rock rails and roll cage. Then some 1/2 doors and a new front bumper. I also built longer radius arms. This is also about the time the 460 went in.

The exhaust is 3" tube and single chamber Flowmaster mufflers.

A pic of the gas tank skid plate and my first back bumper I had built.

It's was time for the rear axle upgrade, I had broken two 30 spline shafts.
The 35 spline beside the stock 30 spline.
The dana 60s that I had installed had 4:10s in them. I needed a little taller gear because I was getting ready for a little bigger tire. So 5:13s went in with a fool spool in the rear and I welded up the front.
Had to hone the rear spindles out so the 35 spline axle to fit.

Here it is setting on 44" boggers and 6" skyjacker soft ride lift. I needed a little more lift so I lowered the coil buckets and did a shackle flip. This are the buckets that I cut 4" out of to lower the front springs.

In this pic you can see I had went back to my 4" drop bracket for the radius arms, Built a new back bumper and did my rear finder flairs.
