Ok, got the brakes worked out. It wasn't a big deal once I got all the sizes and fittings worked out. Then finally got around to putting the rear drum brakes together, and got the 35s on.

Here's the front. I ended up with about 8'' of lift....

and here's the whole thing...

The 35s look a little small to me. Im thinking that 37s or 38s would be about perfect. Ill probably swap out to a bigger size and sell the 35s....

Im running the power steering lines up to a remote oil cooler next to the radiator and replacing my steering box and shaft, but once I get the brakes bled, the conversion itself is basically done.

Well, what started off as an SAS quickly turned into a ground up buildup...Im currently swapping in a 460/NV4500/NP205 drivetrain. I ended up PCSing from AZ to KY, so as soon as I finished the SAS, I had it towed to a buddies shop (in AZ) to finish the drivetrain swap. As soon as thats done, Ill be getting it up to KY and finishing up the interior. Ill be sure to post pics of whatever I can...

I hate to ask, but does anyone know how to get hold of fabritech. I too have one of there SAS kits, and need to replace my track bar. It would seem that bronco graveyard can't be bothered to help me, which sucks since I originally ordered my kit through them, and no one answers the phone at there place, voice mail full... And so far I haven't found an active web site for them.
any help would be great.

Ok, so after all these years and debating what way to go with the truck, I decided to take these SAS components and build a completely new FSB for Street and light trail fun. Instead of starting separate threads for the SAS, engine swap, etc, I'm consolidating everything in the 78-96 Build Forum:

muffinman944's '95 Build (1-ton SAS, 6.7 Fummins, Paint/Interior)

This original build was a tremendous learning experience, and now its time to do it again right! Everything has been lined up already, so the build should be complete within the next 60 days at the latest.
