Snow!

So my new to me 86 from southern Cali saw the first of its life today here in Maine a few days after professional rust proofing. I think it liked it and it goes like s tank!

Man that's too nice a Bronco to push snow with, hope it doesn't see salt.

My wife's daily and yes it will see salt. I've got a 70 GMC 2500 4x4 that run year round as well. Heavy rust proofing and regular car washes keeps en in pretty good shape.

I live near Chicago Rusty Jones and Z Bart is phsychological, that Bronco will rust out like everything else. OH well it makes mine worth more with less Broncos on the road. My stuff will never see salt that is what a beater is for. Professional rustproofing is a oxymoron.

I use fluid film on the GMC and hit any bare spots with paint once a year. Fluid film inside doors etc as well. The place that rust proofed the bronco does a very thorough job using a rotisserie lift. I'll still hit all the naked areas with fluid film. Yes - eventually the rust will win but with seasonal maintenance it can be kept in check pretty well.
