accurate tool plasma/tig/stick 3:1 combo ... is it any good

There is a CL sale for an accurate tool ATPW522, 3-in-1 tig/stick/plasma.

asking $150.

I can't find a lot of info on it. anyone know?

my goal is to do minor body work and maybe cut up to 3/8 for a bumper.

seems like a cheap alternative, not ideal, but maybe workable.
any other thoughts?
