Rancho never had a 6" lift for the D44 TTB. They had 3" and 4". I think the Rancho engineers felt that pivot brackets any longer were pushing the cross member too hard. Someone may have used some other 6" springs with the ranch brackets and radius arms.

Yes except for the fact that it has almost the same amount of interior storage (which is more easily accessed because of the rear doors and hatch), is lighter, lower to the ground, has a longer wheel base, more potential wheel travel and can net over 20 mpg on the freeway.
