No powder coating.Just alot of prep time and lots of time with a paint gun.And holding the hose so it didnt drag on my new paint..Not fun.Its going to be Dark blue metallic.A toyota tundra 2004 color. The top is already done.A little darker than I was after but still looks nice.

How about some pictures of that center console. Custom?

I would hit it so hard, that if you pulled me out you'd become the king of England.

more pics!

heres some pics of my dash switches,A little fuzzy,my console mounted gauges, and my custom modified gas door.Uses the flush mounted billet cap.The dash mounted switches are, quick shutoff, push button start, electric fan switch, fog lights, and stero switch. The stero switch is so if im sitting with the motor off I can flip that on and the stero will work even with ignition off.Everthing is kinda dusty from sitting and sanding primer dust. The switch by the center console gauges is for my back-up lights.

yogib - I like that idea with the shifter boot, any idea where I could find two of those? Were you thinking of mounting them underneath the body(over the shock shaft) or above(over the shock body)?

Ive just gotten back to working on my bronco the past month, mines an 84 as well, just doesnt look the year anymore.

Try Large truck wrecking yard or truck parts shop.I plan to cut the boot to fit the shock body size and then use a big black Ziptie at the shock or large hose clamp. and then screw the lower part down to the floor with a bezel ring.No I wasnt looking for the superunner steering.Thats what I have on mine now.

Shane that looks like a nice Bronco your building up.Have you thought about converting to the newer transfer case shifter that relocates it off to the side of the hump?I did.Its real easy and that way you can have a full custom console. They bolt right up to the older case and then you just plate the old hole and make a new one.

hmm Ill look into that, I did cut it down so shifter isnt so tall, sort of a short throw 4x4 shifter. the tubes run next to it and I was going run a race radio and some switches or something right behind the 4x shifter and gate shifter.
