Ran a guy down in a Z71 Chevy who seamed to be laughing at my Bronco on the way to Badlands offroad park I let out of it at 113 mph. I then proceeded to wheel all day and drive back home later that evening. I always loved that feeling you have when your Bronco makes a 180 mile round trip, wheels for 8hrs, and is sitting safe and sound in the driveway.

Had my 68 FE F250 over 130 with four wheel drum brakes, yes I am stupid and insane but I was laughing my ass off at the 93 corvette behind me. Bet he took it back to the dealer and said something is wrong with my car.

That sounds like something I'd do. I bet his answer was "the driver needs to grow a pair"

For my Bronco though, I have snuck up to 85, but that was tires that needed to be rebalanced (they came straight off my wrecked 90 without it), and they need to be redone yet again thanks to when I put the 2 newer ones on some idiot making me lock my brakes up from about 15 mph, and then recently from 50-55, with not any noticeable help for rear ABS...seat belts are more fun when you don't have the shock of a wreck. Would also usually cruise at 80 heading up the interstate heading to a friends, until recently when noticing my transmission does indeed start to noticeably overheat when you step over 70. And 85 seems to be about my current top speed, even did it once in a Mazda B2200, didn't realize it since the speedo got stuck at around 70 until I hit the dash after realizing something didn't seem quite right

I guess so. While I have a 280 (and a 260 and a 240) I wouldn't want to try to get one over 120 or so. They wander at high speed unless they have been lowered and have a good aftermarket front air dam / splitter.

The one I had to 150 was a 370, electronically limited to that speed.

Had my 1985 that had a 3 inch lift and on 35s up to 110 MPH a few times, I still had more power, but I was scared to go any faster. It had a 500ish hp 460 swapped into it by the PO.

my current 96 351w (even tho its now a 425w) is limited to 95mph due to a speed limiter in the factory tune. my previous 96 302 was limited to 105. anybody who claims thier 96 can go faster with a stock truck is BS. however now that i found this limiter with my tuner and can disable it, i should be able to well exceed this.

I took the wifes challenger up to 150 last night. I would hate to go that fast in a bronco.

With 38's and stock gears I automatically lock out overdrive immediately upon shifting into gear in the 96. That being said it actually starts to feel right on the highway at about 70-80ish. My 2011 F-150 with a 5.0, That thing will hit 100 coming down an on ramp if I don't watch it.

96 Bronco XLT 5.8L w/ Bassani headers, Y pipe, full stainless 3" exhaust, 6" lift, 3" body lift, 38" Toyo MT's on 16" Mickey Thompson wheels, and 78 Bronco Custom 400M that needs a lot of work

It's kinda funny but if you give it enough room my dads Duramax Diesel has no limiter, I rode up the ass of a dude on a crotch rocket doing way over 130.he was straddling lanes in a construction zone and almost got squished between a car and a wall, then between me and a semi. By this time I am pissed, I passed him up on an off ramp about twenty miles later after he tried to loose me in the corners. Then he discovereda 4/4 with ABS stops a whole lot faster than a fat chick and a crack head on a bike LOL. He dumped it and I drove away, guess he should have gotten a bigger bike.
