Added support cables I had left over from machine shipping skids and bolted it all together with lags and eye bolts.

first ive heard of that bed liner company. I'd all but decided on raptor liner for my interior cause i couldn't find any tintable spray ins. 3 gallons is a lot of material, looking forward to seeing how that turns out!

Not sure how many gallons it will be, it worked out to be 1/8 inch per side with both layers. So a 1/4" total top and bottom. Once I removed the tailights I found more area that would be a good spot to coat. I ordered 900 square foot thinking I wold do the back side of the fenders and inside of the tailgate too.

oh i missed where you were doing the entire truck. I was just looking at the 8ft bed kit where they says it includes 3 gallons of liner. I imagine that would be enough to coat just the interior floors and bed walls. I love my exterior color and its in good shape, so I just wanna coat the interior. Are you guesstimating 900 sq ft, or would you happen to know the sq ft of just the interior?

I am not doing the exterior, just the underneath, floor, firewall, inside the gate cavity, interior of the gate, backside of the fenders, wiper box, drains and behind the tail lights. The roof, door jambs, exterior, fenders, hood, quarters and rockers will be paint. The salesman figured the square area by a chart he used, a FSB was on his listing surprisingly.

Sounds like a project. We got ours finished just in time for the crap weather this week. Are you going to keep the same cooler scheme?

I decided to go with a metallic silver with blacked out trim. I have been watching your thread and love the truck. You have a really nice Bronco, really cool!

Got some stuff collected up, bed liner came UPS yesterday, waiting on the guns and directions on how to mix / apply. Aircraft stripper and Gunk S/C concentrate from Oriely's Auto and the windshield trim remover. There is four components to mix for the bed liner , A+B, elasticity additive, and hardener. The there is also a clear top coat, I hope I don't F this up and make a mess. I am trying to cover all my bases and using caution to make shure it turns out right. I have a lot invested in the body already and I'm just getting started.

How much weight will the bed liner add doing the entire rig? I've always wanted to at least bed line my rear floor and "bed" sides.

Custom built EFI 5.0, MSD, SpeedShop C6 w/E40D gear set, ATI converter, Trac-loc'd 44HD, Skyjacker 182s springs, RS9000 front shocks, Procomp adjustable rear shocks, SpeedShop triangulated rear shock system, TRE flip, SpeedShop fabricated bumpers, Long tube headers, SpeedShop 2.5 Y-merge to 3in single exhaust, 33x12.50-15
