Finally sat down and assembled my Performer AVS Off Road 800 CFM carb today. Rejetted a little leaner by one size on the primaries and left the secondaries stock jetting. New pump, jets, rods and kit.

Worked a little on prepping my new radiator, had a new copper 4 core big tank left over from my box truck. The truck it was intended for had wider brackets which had to be trimmed and new mounting holes drilled.

Made mounts to clear the air conditioning condenser and give it some breathing room.

Cut the aluminum 6001 sheet for the fan, the fan I had left over from my Jeep days. It's a 16" Flexalight 2000 CFM if I remember right.

Got the solenoid all set up, had to use a copper bar to fit all that big shit and two relays on there. It has one NC terminals on top for run and one NO for the starter.
