Fantastic. Thanks. If you dumb it down to a JPG or something I can digitally annotate it (dimensions, C/L, etc.) and email back without having to go get the full size one printed and scanned again. If that's not possible, I can do it... but I'd prefer not to spend any more cash on it since this is a "community service project."

ok here is the rough draft of the side panel. I drew a couple of dimension lines so you will understand what I am asking for. Use a good tape measure.

I need measurements using the bottom left corner as a reference point.

Measure from there to the center of each hole. Print out the image below and draw the measurements on the drawing. Also measure from the bottom corner of each cut out square to the same corner.

Also the 2 squares for the handle, are they aligned across the top of each square? I assume they are.

measure each hole from the center to the bottom left corner.
measure each square from the bottom left corner to the bottom left corner of the panel.

then, measure each squares dimension and each holes dimension.

if you need any more info let me know.

try to make it as accurate as possible. If you have calipers they work great for the hole diameters.

One of these days I'm gonna get a 3d scanner when they get cheap enough.

That would be a handy tool here.

Kids are going to bed shortly, then I will resume measuring. Getting them within 1/16" this time.

Good! With luck they will be useful to a lot of people. I sent Jim the traces of the door panels, too. We'll do those next.

I am doing something special for a dash insert and my interior panels. A different material that I have not seen done before. Can not decide if I want to do the door panels or not. Do not want to over do it.

If you use ostrich or gator, I'm afraid we may not be able to call each other friends anymore.

Here's the God-awful marked-up version for you, Jim. Bless you for turning this chicken scratch into something useful.

I was just wondering what is the function of the holes around the wheel well? Do yo have a shot of what goes thru the holes?

I am thinking those peanut shape holes are push type fasteners with a large head. Head goes in large hole then slides so head is behind smaller hole. I also have a set of interior panels. I will try to dig them out of storage to see if fasteners are on them.

Plastic Christmas tree clips, I think. They snap into the little support rail that mounts to the body tub. I have those rails in the shed but the clips are gone. Would a photo of those rails help?

Here is the link to it. I was going to copy to my PB account and post it for you but it wouldn't let me do that either.
