Looks sweet! Are those the fenderwell-exit headers witha lifetime warranty? You need a bigger carb with that cam and compression!!!

Thanks. The headers are chassis-exit (which is a whole other story), they have a lifetime rust 'through' warranty. I sent back the first set I had for rust, and the second set already has this-and-thatís after about six months. They are good headers though. I'll knock them down with some scotch-brite and see how they do.

I just got it in the truck, put gas, oil & water in. I will get some tranny fluid tomorrow and I will be starting it up. My camera broke so I can't get any pics. Maybe I'll borrow my brother-in-law's. He's gotta be good for something....

My buddy has the '68 460 (3-bolt crank ) in his Bronco. Supposed to be putting the D60 front in soon.....Post some pics of your truck, not just the engine.

I guess Ill jump in here now that my new 460 is done.

466ci of pure torque. This thing is a hole new monster compared the old one.

open header rumble

Just a short video of when I fired it up. Lots of goodies in side. Puts an est. 330hp and 590ft-lbs torque. I did lots of research to find a combo to give me the torque I wanted.

Is it just me or do you have one fender exit header and one frame exit on your motor?

Had to do that to get the engine over the rad support. I couldn't get it in at first and was thinking I was gonna have to pull the tires off and get it as low as possible.
