For what it's worth, I brought the BKO up to 90 mph the other day on a back road. Felt, surprisingly, smooth. I'll be damned if the tire guy didn't do an awesome job of balancing the new tires. Also, had another alignment done (had some over-steer from positive camber after the spring swap). Combined with my Saginaw swap and steering box and shaft rebuild, I'm really pleased with how the truck steers now. Tight response and near-zero play (no "dead" slop). Feels new.

As recommended above, I'm going to keep using the stick-on weights until they fly off (if that ever happens). When I need to re-balance, I'll try some beads. If I don't like them, they'll come out. At least, now, I know my tires will balance out okay with weights.
