Will procomp leaf springs 4.5" front lift

I'm looking at a set of 4" procomp leafs 23211. I think they will fit with a rough country 4.5" front. I'm looking to duke the lift blocks. I see in the eBay listing the springs have some sort of little wedge included so does that replace the factory block or just add some degrees because of th height.

To my knowledge Rough Country does not make a 4.5 inch lift, its most likely a 4" up front. But to answer your question yes those springs should work just fine. Im not 100% sure about the wedge that comes with them, but its most likely just a replacement for the factory one. You could use either
