Yeah that footage is the $hit. "Wanna" your BKO did real good for stock. And those Explorers are Solid.

it may not be as "pretty anymore, but i still love it... yeah and those explorers are nice. so i am seriously considering heading out there.

Well that maroon or candy red (whatever color it is) explorer has been sold and is now in Alabama (i think), but there will be about 6 SAS'd explorers and Rangers, plus a bunch of less modified guys out there. It's kind of a run to get more people going familiar with the area and show them around. We'll be doing a couple of easier runs including a Calcite Mine run. Then after that we'll do the usual Waterfall, Phone Booth and Fire Hydrant runs as well and all of the harder stuff I'm sure.

Bring out whoever you can, it should be a good time.

I'm going to try to make this one. I'll just have to see what all goes on here at work..

man you better show up.... i am going to glamis 2 weekends after so i am trying to free up funds.

i should be able to make it, its close to home and i usually have sun and mon off. just let me know where you are setting up camp and what CB channel your on.

If you guys want to camp with us, you are more than welcome, of course. We should have a shit load of wood.

We will probably be camping in our usual non-holiday weekend spot which out North Marina Drive. Keep right at the fork and about 300 yards on the right. Essentially the first big flat opening. I'll post up when we actually set the plans in stone.

Ok, we decided where we are camping if anyone wants to join the explorer group.

If you've been to Truck Haven before it's very easy. If not, Here is a map. Turn on West on to North Marina Drive from the 86S, and when the paved road turns to dirt, about 200 yards farther is a fork. Stay to the right and we'll be about 150 yards further on the right. There should be about 15 Explorers so you can't miss us. :smokin:

i am definetly out. my truck sounds like it has a marbles in the rear end. i can't believe i am still driving it. good thing i bought a locker and gears last week, its like my truck knew. hopefully i'll see you guys on another run.

There are a few of us explorers that go to Truck Haven pretty regularly so I'll post up in here with dates as we plan them. :thumbup

Am back, had fun! I was the ONLY FSB that made the trip! Whats up guys? Here are some pics, i have a vid too if someone can host it. Oh and the first pick is the only damage that I took. I lost my grill in some fast section in the wash. There was plenty of exploder damage but I wont talk too much trash because most of them had way more money in them then mine.

I think my boy scored the best on the ramp. My RTI was 485 I think. I guess that is not too bad with a 4in lift that needs some work(broken shock mount) and 35's.

how was it getting home? or did you not come back on sunday? some of my buddies went to octillo and got stuck for hours because of the fires.

I came back late Sat. It was really windy and I did see a car on fire on the 10 but other than that it wasnt too bad.

they said a car fire started the fires........
