They look a lot bigger then dhaths 36" tires and my 35" tires. And they are new. Looks sweet on his bronco.

Are you talking about the stub shaft?

im not sure, sounds right, the u-joint connects the axle and another shaft...i guess is called the stub shaft? Is that hard to replace? OR pricey?

Jeff run warn alloys in front with ctm ujoints. If your gonna run big tires on the halfton crap its gonna break. It will be pricey but well worth it.

How to fix your broken axle shaft.
1) Jack it up and take the tire off.
2) Remove brake caliper.
3) Take off locking hub.
4) Remove bearing nuts, (special tool required)front bearing and remove brake rotor.
5) Remove bolts that hold the spindle on. (5 to 8 Depending on axle)
6) Remove broken axle.
7) Check bearings and all seals, good time to repack bearings. Don't forget the little axle bearing inside the spindle.
8) Replace broken axle with new one.
9) Reverse steps 5-1 .

A new outer stub axle was $47.00 PN 41677 and the u-joint was $28.46 PN 5-760x this was 2 months ago. I get my axle parts from Powertrain Industries (714) 893-4585 They are local to me but will ship stuff also. They may have a website but I haven't checked. Good helpful people.
