Wow, pretty brutal the way you're doing it, but rock on! How are you going to be welding a full bead around the knuckle, once you get it set?

nah, dave, im going to be using bubble gum and duct tape.

Ill just weld the chucker on there and call it good with about 1 inch beads alternating sides and time.

ya, i would say that you have to be pretty insane, dumb or a nutcase to grind and smash the ends off of a fairly rare d44.

to correct your caster angle cause by not using drop brackets on the radias arms

What Dustin said. It's for us po boys who can't afford to take the thing to a driveline shop and have them reposition the pinion angle for us.
