Thanks for the reply guys but I have already had the chance to buy a beautiful 96 tailgate complete with not a single scratch for 700 from a local wrecker but then I called Ford and they sell them for $350. I would prefer a complete tailgate so I could do a quick swap but I think I would rather pay 350 for the shell and change the guts myself .

Yeah, that's about the same price that I picked my shell up for about 5 years ago

My glass has been stuck down for almost the whole time I had my Bronco but it was pretty sweet for the 3 months I had the roof off last summer( not so sweet 2 weeks ago when it was -35)
