I just recieved another bunch of new B&M electronic shifter plus for the E4OD tranny for only 40 Bux delivered anywhere in the U.S.A.

Buy em while there hot. I have one and it makes the trans shift sooooo much better. Quicker, more crisp shifts, well worth the 40. Also great if ya have to tow. You can make it stock again with the flip of a switch. :cheers:

allcruisen, will that work on a 90' e40d? is this the same part they sell at summit, i think it said 92' and newer. if it will work on mine, i think i would like one.

Yes it will work, it also works on the newer version of the E4OD on the expeditions and 97-on F-150's . Just pm me if you want one and I'll get it out to ya.

Just have to find a place to mount the switch. I found that it fits perfectly in between the steering column and the plastic bottom dash part. i can get a pic if you are interested.

Sorry, I have been trying to post for the past two days. Yes, there is a shift kit for the C4, C6, AOD, & E4OD. I believe the shift kit starts at about 35 Bux and the Trans pak is like double that, but it involves more.

SavageBrat.....Which do you want me to get for you a shift kit or trans pak? I believe the shift kit is about 35 bux and yje transpak is about 65 bux. The shift kit is a simple install and so is the transpak, the difference is with the transpak the valve body has to come off and more parts are added. "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" Let me know.

allcruisen, i have a 96 eb. will it work on mine as well, if this helps any i have the grey conector to the transmission, i think that means it is the upgrade version of the e40d, also it has 165k on it. just fyi. if you get any more contact me. thanks.

I don't want to flame you or anything, but these are very unsafe. Plan on having your transmission rebuilt. All the device does is boost the line pressure in the transmission. It wears everything out and puts tons of strain on your pumps.

I know this is an old post but would you care to elaborate Euclid? Why is boosting line pressure a bad thing? B&M, Transgo, and Superior are commonly used in high performance AODs.
