better output pressure which means easier steering with larger tires, hardly and whine like the stock junk, and you can modify them to put out even more pressure if you wish

in a nutshell its just better than the stock C2pump. think about it they use that C2 pump in escorts to superdutys.

seeems like a cheap swap, any probelms with the belts? do you use the same pulley that was on the van?

if you dont use the broncoair pulley you can use the stock van pulley but you have to get a 1.5" longer belt since its a bigger pulley

Nice write up. I don't know if it works as well, but I was going to do the ford upgrade saginaw pump, that is a direct bolt in, I don't know if it is a rip off for the price, (216) or if is good.

It also says it only works with trucks without hydroboost, whatever that is??

"AGR has designed a modified version of the time tested and trail proven Saginaw P-Series pump for installation in Ford trucks and SUV's The AGR modified Saginaw pump is the preferred aftermarket performance pump due to it's increased flow, pressure and quiet operation. This pump is far superior to most OEM pumps, delivering up to 1500 PSI and 4 1/2 GPM. This Super Pump includes the reservoir and all hardware to install it in the stock Ford pump mounting position."
