Hey guys...and gals. I think there's gals in here, thought I saw a chick thread a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, just wanted to say hi before I started pickin' your brains.
How y'all doin'. My name is Corky. I have a 1986 Bronco XLT I bought in 1990 (53k). You'ld think, as long as I've owned it, I'd know more about it's systems than the Ford Gods themselves. On the contrary, this daily driver's been very good to me. In the 18 yrs I've owned it, I only had to bring 'er home on a strecher (flatbed tow truck) twice. Even when the cam broke in half 20 miles out, she still got me home. I have 300k on 'er now w/47k on rebuilt engine and trans. But now, I've got some driveability issuse I'd like to discuss later. I'll post some pics as soon as I figure out how. Great Website!
