Hey fordbronc dude, welcome to the site. I'm new here too. I may be mistaken, but I think you posted your thread in the wrong forum.

Anyway, is your zex system a wet or dry manifold unit?

I have a dry manifold unit on my '86 Bronco, 5.0 EFI. Because of the split manifold, I had to split the nitrous charge with a "T". I installed the nozzles at the throttle body before the butterflies. Works great.

PS - I'm also a Mustang nut. I have a blown '65 Shelby.

Hi ford bronc, Well, I kinda' made it. First, I drilled and tapped the throttle body for the nozzles and installed them. Then I drilled and chamfered the two opposing ends of the -3 fitting to accept the 1/8" tube. Then I brought two pieces of flared 1/8" tubing out of the nozzles and formed them into a 90* toward each other. Then cut them to length to fit the -3 AN "T" fitting. I attached the two ends of the tubing to the "T" fitting using compression fittings.
