Engine
-----------
4.9L 300 Inline 6, This motor runs excellently, maintains high oil pressure. This is a clean motor. Does not leak or burn a drop of anything. If taken care of the way I have, this motor would easily hit 300,000 miles. For those who don't know, the 300-6 is commonly known as the best motor Ford has ever produced. They are nearly indestructible, and very commonly hit 300k and above. These motors put out just as much torque as a 302 V8, in fact, they were common applications in F-250 work trucks because of there strong pulling power.
Trans.
----------
E4OD Electronic 4 Speed O/D Automatic Transmission, rebuilt a few years ago, prior to my owning it, Shifts great, nice and firm. No leaks or slips whatsoever. BW1356 Transfer Case was rebuilt as well.
Brakes
--------------
Brakes are newer, they have a lot of life left in them, nice and firm pedal.
Suspension
-----------------
The suspension is in great shape, the lift is not very old, and I replaced the shocks last summer. Very solid truck.
Body
-----------
The black paint is not original. The truck was originally a cream color, then it was painted a metallic blue, and then painted black. The paint is not perfect, but looks very good. This truck is extremely solid. I would say it is one of the cleanest 92's in Michigan. There is no rust-through on this truck whatsoever that I know of. There are small bubbles developing on the lower tailgate, and a bubble on the driver ¡¦ s side door. The floor pans as well as the frame are excellent. This truck has seen mud, but it gets a new coat of wax/polish at least once a month. Not driven in winter.
