PC Doc 02-12-2004, 12:06 PM Another Nebraskan here. I'm in Columbus.
DrewMan187 02-12-2004, 10:47 PM metalsmith, you and I should get together for a wheeling run. give me some specs on your truck pc doc.
metalsmith 02-12-2004, 11:36 PM I'm not horribly close to Columbus, I am in Kearney. The truck is a '96 with a Rancho 4" lift and bilstiens. Stock rims with 31 MT/R's. a slight build on the 5.0. In it's former life it was a Border Patrol Cruiser. In typical fashion the Gov built it up nice to run in the desert. When the river was dry and I could avoid the sheriff it really liked the sand. Like it had been there before....
DrewMan187 02-14-2004, 01:50 AM so what do u say kevin, how bout a run in the first part of march?
PC Doc 02-17-2004, 02:55 PM metalsmith, you and I should get together for a wheeling run. give me some specs on your truck pc doc.
I just bought it last month. It is a 92 Eddie Bauer with 120k on the odometer. It has the 5.8L and 33" tires. It could really use a lift. I'm working on that. :beer
Where are some nice trails here in Nebraska? I do a lot of quad 4-wheeling along the Platte and Loup rivers but never anything larger like in a Bronco...
DrewMan187 02-19-2004, 10:20 AM i usually wheel along the river also. up here theres lots of areas in which a bronco can fit, some places barely but youll get through.
PC Doc 02-19-2004, 10:54 AM We should try and get a wheeling trip planned after the weather starts to warm up.
