and i will be able to comment on everything when i get it.
my computer is a POS and wont let me copy the addy.
but it comes with a 8 foot tree saver, 1 pair of hi lift gloves, a custom nose
attachment, hardware and carrying case. all for $50 to me it seems
like a good price :shrug
and all weekend they were having 10% off of everything and free shipping (not handleing)
tomorrow im going to order myself a 48" hi lift :chili went today but they didnt have
it in stock and their warehouse is closed on the weekends. :duh
nu_bronco 01-25-2004, 05:46 PM Where is there store here in KC? I need to go check it out because I need a hi-lift also.
1982bronco 01-25-2004, 05:57 PM i dont think there is a 4WP store here in KC. but i am ordering my Hi-Lift from
Orilleys auto parts. its $59.99-it would be cheaper to get it from 4WP if you get it now
but i dont wanna wait for it to get here.
nu_bronco 01-25-2004, 06:10 PM Okay, I had never heard of one but anything was possible thats why I asked. Oh, well, guess I will just wait.
1982bronco 01-25-2004, 11:31 PM you could go to chux trux. there are a few of them in the KC area...but they jack up the prices.

I got mine from 4WP it was a 60" though. Nu_bronco that is what you are gonna need tried the 48" on my truck and it is small for what we use if for.
1982bronco 01-26-2004, 05:59 PM well i just got my Hi-Lift. i just gotta say its a big SOB. and blackx the 48" works for me.
but i only have 31" tires, the front lifts up easly, the back is another story but that
is because of my rear bumper. it gives way(i need a new one) pics to come soon.

gobucs 01-26-2004, 08:56 PM Time to get somewhere better to lift from. You can use chain wrapped around a rear tow hook but it might not be the safest. Sliders or a beefy bumper would be the best.
1982bronco 01-27-2004, 02:38 AM yea im tryin to get a new bumper made. but im poor.
im tryin to get my teacher to let me build one in class, one for front and rear.
1982bronco 01-30-2004, 12:20 AM well i just got it today.
i got home from school and saw that the UPS guy was here.
i ran to the house :toothless it all looks beefy ill get to test it out when
i get the bronco runnin again (out of the past 2 weeks i have been
able to drive it maybe 3 days)
jackhart 02-01-2004, 11:59 AM after reading this thread it suddenly dawned on me that i don't have a jack in my bronco, and i am wheeling at paragon in 3 weeks...hurried and ordered that all cast 48" hi-lift from 4WP. now i missed the part about how heavy even the cast/stamped ones are, maybe i made a mistake?? :banghead
Marauder 02-01-2004, 12:22 PM Im no hulk and I can lift my 60" up over the tailgate and manuver it over the spare tire. Why does the weight matter to you?
1982bronco 02-01-2004, 03:44 PM it surprised me on how heavy it was but its not bad.....unless your a sissy girl :goodfinge
