So I got a new Snowmobile Saturday and i've been dying to get out on a nice long run.

Saturday night my bud Cory and I went out riding. He's out on his 340 Jag and I'm following him when his drive chain falls off the gears. We were only 3 miles out so it wasn't a big deal. I towed him home end of story.

Well Yesterday I get a phone call saying "I fixed my sled! Let's go riding"

i can't pass up an offer like that. So at 8:00 last night we go out. The trails were awesome and freshly groomed. I was finding every big sled I could on the trails and eating them up with my 700. :rockon We find some trails that are new this year. All new powder with tons of snow drifts. We were out drift jumping all night. Cory and i went over a huge roll in one of the fields. Cory was tapped out at 60 and i whipped by him at over 80....all of a sudden the roll drops! It was that loss of stomach feeling until WHAM you hit the ground again.

Cory even hit a snow bank so hard that he nearly flipped his sled over backwards!! All I saw was powder and his headlight beam shining straight in the sky! :wacko

We keep on riding, hitting up some more new trails when Cory's sled breaks. We figure we can't be too far from home....right? We both jump on my sled and ride to the local station. i walk in and the lady asks how she can help us.

Two questions, I say, "One, where are we and two, we need a phone". She tells us that we're in Leroy :duh and that Brockport was a long distance call :shocked .

To make a long story short. My dad had to bring my Bronco out with the trailer out to Leroy last night to pick us up :banghead . It was a good ride while it lasted. We had ridden 58 miles before his Arctic Shit sled broke down. :banghead

To get a rough idea at how far away we were check out
driving directions (http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?2n=GENESEE%20COUNTY&1g=WM76GssnBuA%3d&1y=US&2a=186%20E%20Main%20St&1z=14420%2d9725&mo=ma&2s=NY&2c=Le%20Roy&1l=ZpouUBrxf%2bI%3d&cl=EN&1n=MONROE%20COUNTY&2g=3smYRDRBUNs%3d&did=1075128492&1a=277%20Beadle%20Rd&un=m&2y=US&2z=14482%2d1236&1s=NY&1c=Brockport&2l=7gvqUW0qnqM%3d&go=1&ct=NA&ovi=1) . These are just the driving dierections, the trial wound all over the place, hence the 58 miles.

GOOD TIMES!! :rockon :beer

sounds like tons of fun, fun that we dont get to have here in the south, but i would also not like to drive in snow, so it comes with tradeoffs.

It takes a real driver to be able to drive in snow.

i will admit that i have had 2 incidents on my record, plus my mom has had her car broken into 3 times, so it all adds up, plus my little brother is goin to start driving in like a week. in 2 or 3 years it will be all cleared up

Oh, that's not too bad.

I have 2 tickets, 2 accidents (only one on my record), and my dad has 1 accident.

10 tickets in 9 years, (all but two were speeding). None on my record. Two accidents, one my fault, one someone elses.

EDIT: Oooh, I forgot, pulled over countless times more then just those 10 tickets.

ive had 4 tickets in the span of about a year and a half, none went on my record. havent had one for over a year now *knocking on wood*.

the 3 break ins are what killed us, each time the damage was 3000 or more

OUCH!!

I got a speeding ticket, the other was for doing a break stand in front of a cop in my old 4-cyl stang. Young and stupid :banghead :duh
