Apparently Ozzfest is doing another single show in Dallas later in the summer. And guess who else is playing? Metallica. :doh0715: They need to do that shit in Colorado! I would pay a pretty penny to see this show if it were a little closer.

Bah, the post-Cliff Burton Metallica sucks anyhow. I passed on free tickets for the St Anger tour (I think, right about that time anyhow) just because that album sucked so bad.

I went to see Ozzy on his 'retirement sucks' tour and saw metallica on their 'reload' tour. Both shows were ****ing awesome. Metallica only played like 1 or 2 songs off of Load and that was for the better. 95% of that show was all older stuff.

Last time i saw metallica back in 03 the only played 2 songs off their shitty album St. Anger, the rest was all old stuff. If the new stuff from metallic sounds like their last one the sounded they should just quit.

We have the venues (Redrocks, Pepsi Center, Coors Amphitheater), we have the backing radio station sponsorships (KBPI, KILO in the Springs) and we have the fan base (Why do bands come to Colorado? The fans kick ass here and we have the best crowds)

If they came, I'd have tickets. KBPI's Birthday Bash is gunna kick ass!!! Too bad it's the same day Truckfest at Bandimere is... otherwise I'd be there too!

He should have spent more of his time trying to write some decent new songs instead of bitchin, moanin and trying to have 10 year old kids thrown in prison for d-loading some tunes....:twak
