crap just when my BKO was running great. my tire gate let loose and took out my tailgate. im sure everyone here knows that the gates are kept closed wit springs, that is untill those srings get rusted and lose their (spring) thats a small problem i fixed with two zipties.:thumbup now its summer and the zipties expanded and wut not from the heat and let the latch come off when i hit a pothole. IN town, but nobody around:notworthy. it took a huge chunk of telephone pole with it when it flung open, ill get pictures when the cops arent around.

it will be junkyard parts for me i know where there is a taigate and everything intact. theres a chance im going to buy another BKO from 84broncorig it sounds really nice then this one will turn to doner, its sad after all the work i put into it so far. right now im going back to finish cleanin the mess, darn you safety glass!!!!!!!!!

im not sure he says he has an 1988 BKO with ALOT of work done to it. im gunna get pics of it and most likely buy it. my insurance payer (mom) has to aprove yet. I just got done cleaning up and kicked the tailgate back into a similar to original shape. the tire gate is safety wired to prevent the latch from popping off again. all i can hope for is no rain untill i decision is made on what to do.

I havent had a black windshield for a month or so. You dont have carpet so you'll be fine.

ya apparently, its primer black and tan top, i see some rust but nothing compared to my current one, plus exhaust and bigger tires, etc, etc.
