BTW that picture of measuring the rope thickness properly reminds me of the AFOSH on hoists, we gotta look at it to do monthlys on our hoists at work. Im kinda surprised it didnt mention throat opening for the hooks, and inspecting for cracks. we arent aloud to paint them for that purpose. unless I missed that stuff.
