I wanted to know if anyone has come across or done business with a company on EBay going by the name of On-Line Racer.com. a speed shop based out of Lomita and Santa Fe Springs. I am considering using them.....................

The site looks OK and I have talked to one of the owners Ed Inclan regarding a 302 EFI long block for my 86, I intend to visit their shop in SFS this week get a price and was curious as to whether anyone is familair with them before I spend the money.

Ziltch on BBB, Nothing showing up on the net regarding him except for a couple of videos and some stuff on his site. I guess no news is good news?

I'm going over to the shop in SFS this Thurs to check it out and see who I'm dealing with, he qouted me $1595.00 for the long block with all gaskets to install and it can be done in 10 days.

I was hoping to deal a bit with a balancer, water pump and injector set etc. ....? we'll have to see and I need to know what kind of warranty I get for the motor.

I guess the price isn't too bad.........................?

Went over early this morning 6:30 a.m and met with Derek Ranney from L & R Automotive Supply Co. SFS and it turned out to be a worth while visit and tour of the place, the guy is very knowledgeable who's been there for over 15 years and the shop is large in a industrial area but he was great and has tons of bare blocks, heads and parts for racing domestic & foriegn and I know it will be assembled right there on the premises which is only 35 minutes away.

So I'll probably go ahead and have them build my long block and I'll check around for some of the other parts I need so I don't blow the budget out ~
